It was reported in the ATLANTA JOURNAL CONSTITUTION that LUDACRISS wants legal custody of his two-month old daughter after recently being hit with a $7,000-a-month child support bill. The ATLANTA native has also filed legal documents describing himself as, "A fit and and capble parent and has been an active father in the life of his 12-year-old daughter." In addition to custody, LUDACRIS is also requesting child support from TAMIKA FULLER -- the childs mother.
Two weeks ago LUDACRIS reportedly appeared in court with TAMIKA FULLER to discuss his child support payments. After Fuller demanded $15,000 a month in support, the judge reduced it to $7,000 and Ludacris said he could only afford $1,800 a month. He told the judge his cash flow had dried up because "PAUL WALKER's death derailed the FAST AND FURIOUS movie he was set to co-star in with him."
