QUICKSILVER BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Classic Country WJMT-A (THE PATRIOT) and Classic Rock WMZK (Z104)/MERRILL, WI and FM translator W256AG/WAUSAU to MICHAEL ENFELT's WISCONSIN-based RADIO ONE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. (not the major group owner based in the WASHINGTON area) for $595.000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, LOGOS BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling FM translator K210AD/SANTA BARBARA to SOUTHERN CALIFORNIAN PUBLIC RADIO for $75,000.  The primary station, oddly, is listed as the buyer's KVLA-F/COACHELLA, CA, which is largely a repeater of the buyer's noncommercial News-Talk KPCC/PASADENA-LOS ANGELES, far closer to SANTA BARBARA than KVLA.

MINISTERIOS JOVENES DERRIVANDO FORTALEZAS is selling KZIC/HONDO, TX to CENTRO CRISTIANO DE VIDA ETERNA for $12,000.  The buyer is also purchasing KQCI/FREER, TX from CENTRO CRISTIANO COSECHA FINAL for $5,000.

NC FRIENDS BROADCASTING, INC. is requesting an extension of its Silent STA for KHRN/HURON, CA.  The applicant wrote, "Due to the difficult economic times and limited resources, it is still not feasible for KHRN (FM) to broadcast at this time. "

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of noncommercial Christian Rock KAIC (AIR1 RADIO)/TUCSON to CALVARY CHAPEL OF TUCSON, INC. for $75,000.

CUMULUS' RADIO LICENSE HOLDING CBC, LLC has closed on the sale of  FM translator W250AB/MANCHESTER, NH to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA PORTSMOUTH LICENSE, LLC and the sale of FM translators K285EL and K292EM/ROCHESTER, MN to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA ROCHESTER LICENSE, LLC.

COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of  FM translator K288GS/NEBRASKA CITY, NE to FLOOD BROADCASTING, INC. for $35,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Country KNCY-A/NEBRASKA CITY.

And LIVING WAY MINISTRIES, INC. has closed on the donation of FM translator K271CA/OXNARD, CA to LIFE ON THE WAY COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
