ALL ACCESS wishes a full and speedy recovery to CBS RADIO Country WSOC/CHARLOTTE’s morning host ROB TANNER of the "TANNER IN THE MORNING" show, who is currently recovering from surgery to battle cancer.
In the meantime, the station has lined up several guest hosts to join TANNER’s co-host GUENN for mornings. SCOTTY McCREERY will sit in on the show MONDAY (4/14), with JOHN RICH of BIG & RICH joining TUESDAY (4/15) and JANA KRAMER on WEDNESDAY (4/16). After the EASTER break, THOMPSON SQUARE will co-host on TUESDAY, APRIL 22nd, with TRENT TOMLINSON on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23rd, PARMALEE on MONDAY, APRIL 28th, and LOVE AND THEFT on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30th.
"TANNER is undergoing what will hopefully be his last surgery in his victorious fight against cancer," said WSOC OM/PD DJ STOUT. "When I found out he would be out for a couple of weeks I thought that it would be really cool to reach out to some of our good friends and see if they would join the rest of our morning crew and fill in for TANNER. I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded and how they jumped at the opportunity to help out. I think this is going to be a great three weeks for our listeners and we can’t thank the artists enough. TANNER’s battle against cancer has been hard on all of us and we are thrilled that he is expected back in a few weeks."
