Former AVERAGE JOES ENTERTAINMENT (AJE) MIDWEST rep JOE SCHULD is set to join SHOW DOG-UNIVERSAL (SDU) in the same capacity, officially titled Dir./MIDWEST Promotion & Marketing.
“Having worked with JOE in the past, I know he will bring energy, passion and a wealth of knowledge to the SDU team,” said VP/Promotion & Radio Marketing TOM BALDRICA.
SCHULD left AJE last month due to restructuring (NET NEWS 4/21); the label vet previously worked with NEW REVOLUTION after a long history in Top 40 promotion with COLUMBIA.
"I couldn't be more excited to join my friend, TOM BALDRICA, and the crew at SHOW DOG - UNIVERSAL MUSIC to develop our talented artists to their greatest potential at radio,” said SCHULD. “The format is running hot, evolving and always a challenge. I love that. Plus, I'm looking forward to the TOBY KEITH and KRYSTAL KEITH shows this summer with COLT FORD opening. Sounds like a party!"
Congratulate SCHULD here.
Concurrently, SHOW DOG’s NATHAN CRUISE, who now handles the MIDWEST, will shift responsibilities to the SOUTHEAST, succeeding RICK HUGHES, who exits.
