Multiple sources are now reporting that CHRIS BROWN has been sentenced to spend an additional 131 days in jail after he admitted he got into a fight with someone in WASHINGTOIN, D.C., which violated his probation in the RIHANNA case. However, the actual amount of extra time he will spend in jail in still in the air.
When the judge heard BROWN's admission, he sentenced him to one full year in jail. At the same time, the judge credited BROWN for the 116 days he spent in rehab, and for the 59 days he has already spent behind bars.
According to TMZ.COM, the L.A. COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT has been releasing inmates sentenced to 1 year after 240 days -- and BROWN gets credit for two days for everyone spends in jail. Rehab plus doubt-credit jail time is 234 days, which means that BROWN could be released in days.
The judge also ordered him to attend therapy sessions two times a week, and to submit to random drug testing three times a week.
Meanwhile, his D.C. assault trial will start in a few months.
