  CLEAR CHANNEL News-Talk KXIC-A/IOWA CITY host DOTTIE RAY has retired, ending her 15-minute daily show after 55 years on the station and 64 years in radio, reports the IOWA CITY PRESS-CITIZEN.
  
  RAY, 91, joined KXIC in 1956 for a weekend show (as "President Alice"), launching the daily show on SEPTEMBER 4, 1959 from her home, and closed out her career with an hour-long episode on TUESDAY (5/13), joined by KXIC morning host JAY CAPRON.
