There’s another Country outlet in the SALT LAKE CITY-OGDEN-PROVO market, as CLEAR CHANNEL Alternative Rock (PROJECT 99.1)/PROVO, UT, which was broadcasting off a 250-watt translator (K256AE), fed by the HD2 signal of Hot AC KJMY, dumps Alt-Rock in favor of “UTAH’s COUNTRY/COUNTRY 99.1.”

PREMIERE’s syndicated “THE BOBBY BONES SHOW” will handle mornings; no other staffing or formatic announcements have been made.

COUNTRY 99.1 joins CUMULUS’ KUBL, BROADWAY MEDIA’s KEGA and KSOP, INC’s KSOP in the market’s already busy Country battle.
