Chunky Slims Down

First, we'll answer the obvious question: Yes, he's still going to be known as CHUNKY on the air, but the BEASLEY Top 40/Rhythmic WRDW (WIRED 96.5)/PHILADELPHIA morning host has shed 219 pounds without setting foot in a gym.
How'd he do it? Starting last JUNE, he removed fat, sugar, salt and starch from his diet, and with lots of help from his fiance's healthy cooking, the pounds began to disappear.
"I just looked at food like I was a crackhead. I knew that if I got a hit, I'd be on the crack again," CHUNKY told PHILLY.COM. "I was eating like a madman for the first 30 years of my life. I've been there, I've done that. Sometimes I'll drive past a WENDY's and flip them the bird. It's the little things."
