LKCM RADIO GROUP, L.P. is selling KOME-F/MERIDIAN, TX to NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP. L.P. for $38,800.
In other filings with the FCC, JENN MEDIA, INC. is selling WQLA-A/LA FOLLETTE, TN to BEVERLY BROADCASTING CO., LLC for $11,000 ($3,000 cash, $8,000 in a promissory note).
THE ESTATE OF LEON F. PETTERSEN is selling Contemporary Christian WJZS/LIVE OAK, FL to DR. CESTA D. NEWMAN's NEWMAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $2,500 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.
Administrator ANNETTE BEAVERS is selling W236CN/HONAKER, VA to WEST VIRGINIA-VIRGINIA MEDIA, LLC for $8,000.
EDWARD LIIN is selling the construction permit for K244EU/THERMOPOLIS, WY to ROBERT R. SPAIN for $2,000.
UCB USA, INC. has requested a Silent STA for K233BW/AZALEA, OR while it resolves interference issues.
WESTSIDE PROJECT has asked the FCC to extend its Silent STA for KPSR-LP/MODESTO, CA because, "We are Still in Litigation and need more time?"

DESERT VALLEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has closed on the sale of Silent KWTY/CARTAGO, CA to ADELMAN BROADCASTING INC. for $20,000.
And ELKHART FIRST CHURCH OF GOD has closed on the sale of K236AM/ELKHART, KS to GREAT PLAINS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. for $1.
Also, even though the frequency has been granted to another party in AM Auction 84 (HOWARD S. LEVINE and WILLIAM J. SCHWAB II's LEVINE/SCHWAB PARTNERSHIP), ED STOLZ has not given up his quest to maintain his now-deleted construction permit for the long-dormant 1500 AM in the LOS ANGELES market (at CULVER CITY), with his ROYCE INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING CO. filing a Petition for Reconsideration of the dismissal of his application for the frequency.
Bliss Sells 4 In Wisconsin To Magnum
BLISS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling News-Talk WRJN-A and AC WEZY (LITE ROCK 92.1)/RACINE, WI and News-Talk WBKV-A and Country WBWI/WEST BEND, WI to MAGNUM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for an undisclosed price. BOB HEYMANN of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP served as exclusive broker for the deal.
