Former COX MEDIA GROUP and SUMMIT MEDIA executive DAVID DUBOSE and COX have dismissed their lawsuits against each other with prejudice. Attorneys for both parties filed a stipulation asking the U.S. District Court for the Northern Division of ALABAMA, Southern Division to dismiss DUBOSE's suit and COX's counterclaim on JULY 9th, and Judge ABDUL K. KALLON filed an order to that effect on FRIDAY (7/11).
DUBOSE sued COX for allegedly failing to pay him $310,686.97 in bonuses he says he earned during the sale of COX's BIRMINGHAM cluster to SUMMIT MEDIA, allegedly reneging on a promised bonus for staying with the company's BIRMINGHAM cluster while it was being sold to SUMMIT and helping upgrade signals in several markets.
