PITTMAN BROADCASTING SERVICES, LLC. has been hit with two big fines totaling $36,500 for EAS, power level, and antenna structure violations at two stations.
KVOL-A/LAFAYETTE, LA, since sold to DELTA MEDIA CORPORATION, was assessed a $14,000 fine for failing to maintain operational EAS equipment and logs and failing to operate within authorized power limits; Top 40 WUUU//FRANKLINTON, LA was assessed a $22,500 fine for EAS problems and tower painting and lighting infractions.
