Emmis New York Makes Big Sales Moves

EMMIS NEW YORK makes two key moves promoting GWYNET CHARLES-COWAN to Sales Manager of Events & Major Sponsorships and bringing aboard CHRIS OSGOOD as Local Sales Manager for Top 40/Rhythmic WQHT (HOT 97).
CHARLES-COWAN has been a member of the EMMIS team for over 10 years as an AE, LSM and Director of INCITE. She has launched outreach programs for the NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE, targeting key health initiatives such as HIV testing, teen mental health awareness, smoking cessation and more, and is notorious for closing big deals, specifically HOT 97’s SUMMER JAM sales, which, to date, have been the largest for the annual event.

CHRIS OSGOOD is a 26-year radio veteran, having worked in several major markets including NEW YORK, HOUSTON and ATLANTA. He is a former member and Chairman of the RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU’s Sales Advisory Committee, and owns his own concert production company and marketing consultation firm.
