CALVARY CHAPEL OF OMAHA is selling K235CD/OMAHA to CLEAR CHANNEL's CAPSTAR TX LLC for $225,000. Top 40 KISO (96.1 KISS FM)/OMAHA is the primary station listed on the application; KISO's HD2 channel carries its former format, Classic Rock, as THE BREW.
In other filings with the FCC, FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling K295AZ/BUTTONWILLOW, CA to AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA's AGM CALIFORNIA, INC. for $40,000. The translator will move to the tower site of AGM's Talk KERN-A/BAKERSFIELD and will rebroadcast the station.
