TEXOMA BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Country KLBC and Oldies KSEO-A-K231CE/DURANT, OK and KBBC/TISHOMINGO, OK to MID-CONTINENTAL BROADCASTING, LLC for $2.45 million.
In other filings with the FCC, UNITED BROADCASTING SYSTEM, LLC is selling W244CS/HUDSON, WI to iHEARTMEDIA's AMFM BROADCASTING LICENSES, LLC for $300,000. The translator has approval to move to ST. PAUL, MN as another of iHEARTMEDIA's cluster of translators in the TWIN CITIES with 71 watts as K244EQ.
