The COUNTRY RADIO BROADCASTERS (CRB) Board of Directors have announced that the COUNTRY RADIO HALL OF FAME INDUCTION DINNER AND AWARDS ceremony will take place on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24th, 2015.
The event, which is typically scheduled in conjunction with COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR (CRS), will now coincide with the CRB annual SUMMER Board and Agenda committee meetings.
"Due to a slightly abbreviated CRS 2015 schedule, hotel rooms and event space were not available for our COUNTRY RADIO HALL OF FAME event to coincide with the SEMINAR, as is usually the case," said CRS HALL OF FAME Chairman RJ CURTIS. "Nonetheless, we are excited to restore the HALL OF FAME INDUCTION AND DINNER as a companion piece to the JUNE Board and Agenda meetings. Before it served as the front-door to CRS, the HALL OF FAME DINNER was the centerpiece of SUMMER and a successful, stand-alone event. We're both confident and excited that our beautiful, new and soon-to-be revealed location will serve as the perfect venue to honor our deserving Class of 2015 to the COUNTRY RADIO HALL OF FAME."
The COUNTRY RADIO HALL OF FAME is dedicated to the recognition of those individuals who have made significant contributions to the radio industry over a 20-year period, 15 of which must be in the Country format. Nominations for the COUNTRY RADIO HALL OF FAME categories will be accepted starting MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd. For more information, visit www.countryradioseminar.com.
