FCC, KGLP Licensee Enter Consent Decree To Settle Public File Violations

The FCC and GALLUP PUBLIC RADIO have entered a Consent Decree over public file violations at noncommercial Variety KGLP/GALLUP, NM.
GPR will pay a "voluntary contribution" of $7,500 to the U.S. Treasury and will institute and maintain a compliance plan for four years to settle the matter. The fine was reduced from the original $12,000 based on financial hardship.
