CBS Chicago - which includes local television, radio and digital media platforms – announced plans for its third annual DAY OF GIVING, which will take place on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25th. For 13 hours that day, CBS LOCAL MEDIA will dedicate a significant portion of its programming to a live telethon/radiothon, in support of the AMERICAN RED CROSS OF CHICAGOs efforts to raise money and awareness for victims of home fires.
CBS CHICAGO CARES; RED CROSS DISASTER RELIEF effort will begin at 6a (CT) and continue until 7p (CT) on the same day that CHICAGO will light its official CHRISTMAS tree.
