M&M BROADCASTING is selling Sports KCLE-A (ESPN RADIO 1460)/BURLESON-FORT WORTH, TX and M&M principal GARY L. MOSS is selling K226BM and K239CC/CLEBURNE, TX to TRON DINH DO's INTELLI, LLC for $1.6 million.
In other filings with the FCC, FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling noncommercial Religion KEDR/BAY CITY, TX and K218EJ/GALVESTON, TX to ALELUYA BROADCAST NETWORK for $400,000.
ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPANY, LLC is selling Oldies (stunting with CHRISTMAS music) WECM/KEESEVILLE, NY to JEFF SHAPIRO's GREAT EASTERN RADIO, LLC under an option from 2012 in exchange for 6.4% equity in the buyer plus a time brokerage agreement before closing. The station was one of the former NASSAU BROADCASTING stations that SHAPIRO bought through VERTICAL CAPITAL PARTNERS in 2012 but because of ownership limits, WECM (then WWOD) was spun off to ELECTROMAGNETIC with SHAPIRO retaining an option to acquire the station.
