David J.A. Flowers Exits SiriusXM Board, Mark D. Carleton Returns

SIRIUSXM RADIO has reported to the SEC that DAVID J.A. FLOWERS has resigned from the Board of Directors as he retires from his position as SVP - Managing Director of Alternative Investments at LIBERTY MEDIA CORPORATION at the end of the year.
Replacing FLOWERS on the board will be another LIBERTY MEDIA SVP, MARK D. CARLETON, who previously served on the board of SIRIUSXM in JANUARY-SEPTEMBER 2013. With the reappointment, CARLETON has received options to buy 36.534 shares of SIRIUSXM at $3.44/share and the standard annual cash retainer of $50,000 plus $70,000 in annual stock options.
