Judges Tosses Most Of Ron Kramer's Suit Vs. Jefferson Puiblic Radio

A federal judge has tossed out most of the claims in a lawsuit filed by former JEFFERSON PUBLIC RADIO Dir. RON KRAMER due to a lack of merit, THE BEND BULLETIN reports. KRAMER was fired in 2012 after 37 years at helm of the southern OREGON public radio station.
The judge allowed one claim to stand, an allegation that KRAMER’s due process rights were violated. Former SOU Pres. MARY CULLINAN has appealed that ruling.
