KATY PERRY obviously loves football.
In NOVEMBER (NET NEWS 11/24/2014) it was revealed she would headline the PEPSI SUPER BOWL XLIX HALFTIME SHOW on NBC in UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX STADIUM in ARIZONA on SUNDAY, FEB. 1st. The announcement was acknowledged on TWITTER while she was watching the DALLAS COWBOYS-NEW YORK GIANTS game in AUSTRALIA where she was on her "Prismatic World Tour." BOB COSTAS announced the performance to the television audience at halftime of the COWBOYS-GIANTS game on SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL.
Now, PERRY used halftime of the AFC divisional championship game between the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS and BALTIMORE RAVENS to reveal that LENNY KRAVITZ will be one of her guests during halftime.
“He’s got so much style and a certain, how do you say, je ne sais quoi … he’s the king of cool,” PERRY explained. “He’s the coolest. He’s the king of cool. He’s going to make me so much cooler that day.”
