ReelWorld Adds Local Station Liners, Unlimited Content To Radio Prep Service

Radio show prep service REELWORLD has added two new upgrades to its service, PREP+, which now allows affiliate stations to digitize their station liners, promotions, sponsorships, live reads and more, all housed in its cloud-based platform alongside its usual daily prep content.
Programmers, promotions directors and other users can now add their weekly jock sheets and liners directly into the PREP+ platform and revise them on the fly. This upgrade now allow jocks to have prep content and station business in the same place, allowing them to plan a complete show day-in and -out.
In addition to the countless original stories daily, REELWORLD has also added the ability to import RSS feeds from any source on the Internet into an easy-to-read, clean format, right next to daily prep stories and your station liners.
“Prepping a show requires more than just a recap of yesterday’s news with some spicy audio thrown in,” said PREP+ Editorial Director MIKE SEELY. "We’ve added the ability for stations to include all of what comprises stacking a show for the day. Prep content, station business, local breaking news and information plus the ability to have your favorite websites’ content spliced in for each individual user as well, all in one complete package.”
PREP+ introduces content and audio as it breaks to match the instant information pace of today on a digital platform, using feedback and input from radio stations to continually update the platform.
“Injecting their own local station content in withtheir prep content gives them the opportunity to completely prep their show," said REELWORLD VP MIKE THOMAS. "It’s truly created by radio people for radio people.”
