Three Agenda Items Released For CRS 2015

COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR (CRS) has released details surrounding three agenda items scheduled for CRS 2015, including the PROGRAMMING MENTORING BREAKFAST, FRIDAY'S MANAGER'S BREAKFAST, and THE STARS COME OUT IN THE MORNING events.

The PROGRAMMING MENTORING BREAKFAST will be held on THURSAY, FEBRUARY 26th from 8-9a (CT), and provide attendees the opportunity to sit down with experienced PDs and Consultants who can help advise and educate with fresh, new ideas. FRIDAY'S MANAGER'S BREAKFAST will take place on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27th from 8-9a (CT), and offers registrants the opportunity to sit down with influential people in various areas of the radio industry. Several roundtable discussions will take place, and will be centered on the topics of radio management, sales, programming/consulting and ratings/research, digital and legal. ERICA FARBER is the moderator for the breakfast and participants are LEIGHTON BROADCASTING Owner/GM BOB LEIGHTON; WILKINSON BAKER KNAUER Partner DAVID OXENFORD; COUNTRY RADIO CONSULTANTS Owner JOEL RAAB; NIELSEN SVP/Audio Client Services BILL ROSE; CENTER FOR SALES STRATEGY EVP MATT SUNSHINE; and GREATER MEDIA/BOSTON VP/Market Manager ROB WILLIAMS.

THE STARS COME OUT IN THE MORNING will also take place on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27th and is scheduled at 2p-2:50p (CT). The event will feature top morning show personalities, covering everything from content development and workflow to social interaction. THE RANDY LANE COMPANY Pres. RANDY LANE will moderate the panel, which will feature PREMIERE syndicated and WSIX/NASHVILLE morning personality BOBBY BONES; Hot AC/Top 40 WNCI/COLUMBUS, OH morning personalities "DAVE & JIMMY"; and Classic Hits WCBS-F/NEW YORK morning personality SCOTT SHANNON. Attendees will experience an up-close-and-entertaining look into how and why these talents are so successful. The personalities will also discuss the “blank canvas” of four hours to fill each day.
