Nevada FM Construction Permit Sold

CHRISTOPHER FALLETTI is selling the construction permit for a new FM at BATTLE MOUNTAIN, NV to FRED WEINBERG and FLOYD G. BROWN's NEVADA RADIO LLC for $11,100 ($600 in earnest money, $10,500 in a promissory note).
In other filings with the FCC, MARIE H. WHITEHEAD is transferring her 100% interest in KTLU/KWRW, INC., licensee of Classic Hits KTLU-A-KWRW (CLASSIC HITS 97.7)/RUSK, TX, to TERRIE W. GONZALEZ as a gift from parent to adult child.
YOUNGERS COLORADO BROADCASTING LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KPCR/FOWLER, CO because it has not completed building under its construction permit.
CASA EN DENVER, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KMEN/MENDOTA, CA while it develops a new format and business plan and explores an upgrade of the facilities. It has also requested a Silent STA for KIQQ-A/BARSTOW, CA due to vandalism of its ground system and while it waits for an insurance payment so it can pay for repairs.
VERMONT PUBLIC RADIO has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for WVXM/MIDDLEBURY, VT while a new tower is built for the station's antenna. The construction of WOXM/MIDDLEBURY on WVXM's tower necessitated WVXM to go off the air, because the existing tower cannot accommodate both stations.
And OWL BROADCASTING & DEVELOPMENT, INC. has closed on the sale of Spanish Religion KSAZ-A (RADIO EBENEZER 580 AM)/MARANA, AZ to KASA RADIO HOGAR, INC. for $1.375 million. The buyer has been operating the station under a time brokerage agreement since 2012.
