CBL INVESTMENTS, LLC is selling Classic Hits KRQX-F/HURRICANE, UT to G. CRAIG HANSON's REDROCK BROADCASTING, INC. for $250,000.

In other filings with the FCC, COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KFMR/BALLARD, UT because the bankruptcy of other parties to a three-way station swap that would have resulted in COCHISE divesting itself of the station has derailed the swap and a new agreement must be reached.  The company has also filed for an extension of the Silent STA for KDVC/LOMA, CO because it has lost its licensed transmitter site but is ready to build at the site specified in a pending application.  In addition, COCHISE BROADCASTING LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KZXQ/LAKE OF THE WOODS, AZ while it completes construction.

RED PEACH LLC has applied for a Silent STA for KRUS-A/RUSTON, LA due to a tower collapse.

UCB USA, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for K223BW/AZALEA, OR because of interference to a full-power station and a pending channel change request.

THE SAVIOR'S VOICE BROADCASTING CO., INC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WSVV-LP/CENTER MORICHES, NY due to "tower issues" requiring relocation as well as technical and equipment issues.

RADIO DISNEY has closed on the sale of KMIC-A/HOUSTON to DAIJ MEDIA, LLC for $3.2 million.

And COASTLANDS RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of KSGR/PORTLAND, TX to CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE COASTLANDS, INC.
