February 11, 2015 at 8:00 AM (PT)
ALL ACCESS sends thoughts and prayers to GOOD NEWS RADIO Contemporary Christian KSGN (89.7)/RIVERSIDE PD BRYAN O'NEAL, following a possible stroke during the morning show TODAY, FEBRUARY 11th.
BRYAN noticed that he was having trouble talking, and commented to his co-hosts, "I can't believe I can't form the words." A listener also picked up on it, called in and the suggestion was made that he go get it checked out immediately.
O'NEAL agreed, and is currently being fully examined in the ER. So far he's had an EKG, CT and an Ultrasound of his carotid artery.
Stay tuned for updates, as radio folk from all over the country voice their prayers and support for BRYAN.
BILL LURWICK from WKNZ/LINCOLN DE said, "Asking for prayer for one of my best radio buds. A great communicator and hope dealer on KSGN in RIVERSIDE, CA. BRYAN O'NEAL walked me through my bypass surgery recovery. He had his a week before mine. He told me what was coming each day and week ahead for me. Not ashamed to say I love this man. He's in the ER right now in CA battling for his future. The world is a better place with our haircuts in it together!"
