The Conclave Sets Agenda
February 18, 2015 at 3:57 AM (PT)
THE CONCLAVE 40 has set its agenda for the panels that will take place at the DOUBLETREE MINNEAPOLIS PARK PLACE on JULY 16-17. Many of the people who will make the Keynote Address and appear on the panels have yet to be announced, but overall THE CONCLAVE will be on fine-tuning each station’s on-air product; ways to innovate beyond “commercial-free” hours, how to operate digital and social platforms effectively, examples of how your colleagues are managing a media brand in a distracted landscape, all of course, with fewer resources to get it done.
“THE CONCLAVE is not just an organization that holds a radio gathering, it’s a mission,” CONCLAVE Chair LORI LEWIS said. “And CONCLAVE takes our mission seriously; to give everyone access to the different, incredible minds in the business, showcasing today’s managers, programmers, sales leaders, and talent that are creating unique ways to ensure our brand’s stay in the hearts and minds of the fans.”
Among the presenters who have been named include EDISON RESEARCH Founder/Pres. (and current Power Player) LARRY ROSIN, who will reveal insights from EDISON’s Share of Ear study; JACOBS MEDIA Pres. FRED JACOBS, who will reveal Techsurvey11 results; and a Speed Mentoring Breakfast featuring the likes of CBS RADIO SVP/Programming JIM RYAN, NRG MEDIA Pres./CEO MARY QUASS, HUBBARD BROADCASTING CEO GINNY MORRIS, CUMULUS MEDIA SVP MIKE MCVAY and ALLACCESS.COM Pres./Publisher JOEL DENVER.
