MT. WILSON BROADCASTERS Country KKGO (GO COUNTRY)/LOS ANGELES evening personality PAUL FREEMAN will shift to afternoons, following YESTERDAY’s (2/18) exit of GINNY HARMAN.
A seven-year station vet, HARMAN was joined by LARRY MORGAN for nights in OCTOBER, after he was displaced in mornings by GRAHAM BUNN and DEBRA MARK. After a month together in evenings, HARMON and MORGAN were elevated to afternoons, swapping shifts with FREEMAN in DECEMBER.
MORGAN subsequently left KKGO in JANUARY to join CBS RADIO crosstown Oldies/Adult Hits KRTH for APD/swing duties (NET NEWS 1/22). Now FREEMAN is back in afternoons, a slot he’s held since the launch of KKGO in 2007.
HARMAN is quoted in LARADIO.COM as saying, “If you know anyone looking for a fun, HARLEY-riding, cat-loving talent, please let me know! Will back-sell for food! LOL!"
Reach HARMAN at (310) 991-4055 or here.
