The FCC has fined two stations $1,500 each for failing to file their license renewal applications on time.
Notices of Apparent Liability were issued to UNITED SECURITY FINANCIAL, INC. for Gospel daytimer KLLB-A/WEST JORDAN-SALT LAKE CITY, UT and FRIENDS OF BLACK ROCK HIGH ROCK, INC. for noncommercial Variety KFBR/GERLACH, NV. The fine was reduced from the base $3,000 in both cases because the filings, although late, were made before the licenses expired.
