Three years after his arrest on charges of practicing medicine and surgery without a license, former SALEM Religion WMCA-A/NEW YORK brokered "LEARN TO BE HEALTHY" medical show host "DR. AL" LUPINACCI has been indicted, reports the CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
LUPINACCI lost his medical license in 1995 over his guilty plea to 10 counts of criminal sexual contact with female patients, for which he served time in prison; his bid for reinstatement was denied by the state of NEW JERSEY.
According to BERGEN COUNTY Prosecutor JOHN L. MOLINELLI at the time of LUPINACCI's 2012 arrest, LUPINACCI restarted his practice under the name "Dr. Alan Woods" in 2003 and offered counseling at a WYCKOFF clinic, violating a court order.
LUPINACCI's show aired on WMCA on SATURDAYS through 2011.
