Brian Roberts To Exit WMG; Mike Jbara, Matt Signore, Stu Bergen Add Responsibilities

WARNER MUSIC GROUP EVP/Strategy & Operations BRIAN ROBERTS will exit the company, leading to a restructuring of roles for several execs at the company.
In a memo to staff obtained by ALL ACCESS, CEO STEVE COOPER wrote, "we are taking this opportunity to make a couple of organizational changes MIKE JBARA, a 20-year veteran of WMG and most recently Pres. of ADA, has been appointed to the newly created position of EVP/Technology & Business Processes, WMG. MIKE will report to me, and continue to oversee ADA until a successor is named in the near future."
COOPER added, "With BRIAN's exit, MATT SIGNORE, Pres./WEA CORP., will now report to STU BERGEN, Pres./International, Recorded Music. STU and MATT's partnership will help us concentrate our global firepower and make fast, ambitious moves to break new artists and build worldwide careers."
