The price for the previously reported sale by MARK JENSEN's MWB BROADCASTING LLC of Oldies KAWL-A and AC KTMX (MIX 105)/YORK, NE to NEBRASKA RURAL RADIO ASSOCIATION is $1.335 million. The amount was not disclosed in the initial reports.
