SiriusXM Hit With Another Robocall Lawsuit

Another robocall lawsuit intended as a class action has been filed against SIRIUSXM, this time by plaintiff EFIM ELICKMAN in ILLINOIS Northern District Court.

The MARCH 10th complaint alleges, "In a misguided effort to offer its satellite radio subscription services to consumers throughout the country, Defendant violated federal law by making unauthorized automated telephone calls using an ATDS (“robocalls”) to the cellular telephones of individuals throughout the nation."

ELICKMAN alleges that he has been receiving the calls on his cellphone "one to two times a week, every week, for the past three months."
