In other filings with the FCC, THE MONTANA RADIO COMPANY, LLC has applied for a Silent STA for KZMO/ROUNDUP, MT while it builds a new facility with new frequency 99.9 FM and community of license STANFORD, MT.

FLASH BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of Country KBRV-A/SODA SPRINGS, ID to OLD WEST MEDIA, INC. for assumption of loans financed by CARIBOU BROADCASTING in the amounts of $36,342.96 and $29.400, plus acquisition of K224EJ/MONTPELIER, ID for $15,000 and refinancing of a business loan of $26,000.
