GARTH BROOKS broke the NEBRASKA record for tickets sales TODAY (3/27) when he sold out two shows and added four more to his WORLD TOUR stop in OMAHA.
As of NOON (CT), BROOKS had sold 83,749 tickets for his MAY shows at CENTURYLINK CENTER. This breaks the previous record in the state of NEBRASKA, which stood at 66,661 tickets sold in 1997 for shows at the DEVANEY CENTER in LINCOLN -- which also happened to be BROOKS shows.
Concurrently, GHOSTTUNES announced today that they would be offering VIP packages for the OMAHA shows, as well as for additional cities to be announced in the near future. The VIP packages are via an exclusive deal with GHOSTTUNES, as supported by BROOKS, and are available for purchase via TICKETMASTER. VIP packages start at $2500 and include a premium reserved ticket, premium parking pass, a pre-show seated meal featuring recipes from TRISHA YEARWOOD and an open bar, a private exhibit of GARTH BROOKS memorabilia and a traveling museum, JBL headphones to experience the concert directly from the soundboard mix during the show, a VIP merchandise package, a custom acoustic guitar personalized by BROOKS, an autographed copy of YEARWOOD's newest cookbook, the GHOSTTUNES digital bundle of all GARTH BROOKS music, a copy of YEARWOOD's "PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit" album, a VIP laminate, and an onsite concierge.
