The PITTSBURGH TRIBUNE-REVIEW is reporting in FRIDAY's editions that the PITTSBURGH PIRATES will be moving from its longtime radio home at CBS Talk KDKA-A/PITTSBURGH to crosstown CLEAR CHANNEL FM Talker WPGB for the 2007 season. If it's true, KDKA will be the third CBS heritage AM to let a long-term baseball relationship lapse, following the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS and MINNESOTA TWINS deals. KDKA had been the BUCS' flagship since 1955 and had aired games since 1936; it was the first station to air a major league game, in 1921.
