HEARTLAND COMMUNICATIONS LICENSE, LLC is selling News-Talk WFER-A and Country WIKB-F (99.1 THE BULL)/IRON RIVER, MI and Country WCQM (98Q COUNTRY) and News-Talk WPFP-A/PARK FALLS, WI to IRON RIVER COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $488,000.
