HEARTLAND COMMUNICATIONS LICENSE, LLC is selling News-Talk WFER-A and Country WIKB-F (99.1 THE BULL)/IRON RIVER, MI and Country WCQM (98Q COUNTRY) and News-Talk WPFP-A/PARK FALLS, WI to IRON RIVER COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $488,000.
In other filings with the FCC, MARY V. GUTHRIE is selling K280GB/PLEASANT VIEW, CO to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $85,000.
SAINT MICHAEL'S COLLEGE is donating WWPV-F/CONCHESTER, VT to VERMONT PUBLIC RADIO. The seller is divesting the station to comply with the rules allowing it to build a low power FM station at COLCHESTER.
And DELMARVA EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION has requested a Silent STA for W300AS/ORANGE PARK, FL while it relocates the station and changes its frequency.
