AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA's AGM NEVADA, LLC is swapping Regional Mexican KKIM-F (RADIO LOBO)/SANTA FE and its booster, also in SANTA FE, to HUTTON BROADCASTING, LLC for Spanish Adult Hits KLBU (JUAN 102.9)/PECOS, NM.
In other filings with the FCC, BUCKLEY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Silent KIDD-A/MONTEREY, CA to SAUL LEVINE's MOUNT WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. for $50,000. The station went silent at the end of last year and the towers were recently demolished.
LOUISE Y. NAITO, personal representative of COLIN H. NAITO, is selling KWYI/KAWAIHAE, HI to RESONATE HAWAII LLC for $135,000.
WEST VIRGINIA EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING AUTHORITY has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WVWS/WEBSTER SPRINGS, WV due to tower maintenance.
BULLIE BROADCASTING CORP. has filed for a Silent STA for WBAW-F/PEMBROKE, GA due to financial reasons resulting from the death of owner GARY DODD and the cost of moving the station from BARNWELL, GA.
ROCKET RADIO CORP. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for K245BI/TUBA CITY, AZ for repairs.
HE'S ALIVE INC. has closed on the sale of Southern Gospel-Contemporary Christian WRIJ/MASONTOWN, PA to BROADCAST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. and WKJL/CLARKSBURG, WV to BROADCAST EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $375,000 ($350,000 for WRIJ, $25,000 for $25,000).
CBL INVESTMENTS, LLC has closed on the sale of Classic Hits KRQX-F/HURRICANE, UT to G. CRAIG HANSON's REDROCK BROADCASTING, INC. for $250,000.
FAMILY STATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of noncommercial Religion KEDR/BAY CITY, TX and K218EJ/GALVESTON, TX to ALELUYA BROADCAST NETWORK for $400,000.

Also, SOUTH FLORIDA BUSINESS JOURNAL reports that CASA MEDIA PARTNERS and its subsidiary CASA EN DENVER has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in MIAMI, claiming $13.4 million in debt and $22 million in assets. The company plans to continue to pay staff salaries while it reorganizes. CASA owns Regional Mexican KAEH (LA MÁQUINA MUSICAL)/BEAUMONT, CA; Regional Mexican KIQQ-A/BARSTOW, CA and KIQQ-F/NEWBERRY SPRINGS-BARSTOW (LA MÁQUINA MUSICAL); Regional Mexican KMQA (LA MÁQUINA MUSICAL)/EAST PORTERVILLE, CA-KMEN (LA MÁQUINA MUSICAL)/MENDOTA, CA; Regional Mexican KAAT (LA MÁQUINA MUSICAL) and Adult Standards KTNS-A/OAKHURST-FRESNO, CA; Regional Mexican KMNA (LA X)/MABTON-YAKIMA, WA; and Regional Mexican KZXR-A (ENVISORA 1310) and Spanish Oldies KLES (LA VAQUERA 101.7)/PROSSER-RICHLAND-PASCO-KENNEWICK, WA. CKOZ/CORNER BROOK, NL is moving within CORNER BROOK, decreasing from 50,000 watts (Class C) to 7.665 watts (Class B1) ERP and increasing from 63 to 141.2 meters above average terrain. CKMY/RATTLING BROOK, NL increases from Class B (50,000 watts at 151 meters) to Class C1 (47,000 watts at 210.1 meters) and moves to BOTWOOD, NL. A decision has not yet been released on the company's application for a new CHOZ retransmitter at JONATHAN'S POND, NL.
