Radio One Rolls Out New 'Praise' Station In Baltimore

RADIO ONE/BALTIMORE is expanding its PRAISE Inspirational Gospel music footprint to 106.1 on MAY 1st.  The new PRAISE will become part of the cluster joining Urban WERQ (Q92),Urban AC WWIN (MAGIC 95.9), Talk WOLB (1010-A), and Inspiration WWIN (SPIRIT 1400-A)

PRAISE 106.1 will be on the BALTIMORE licensed translator W291BA under a lease agreement with HOPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF MARLTON

The new station will carry the YOLONDA ADAMS MORNING SHOW and THE NIGHTLY SPIRIT with WILLIE MOORE JR.  Both are distributed by RADIO ONE's syndication company REACH MEDIA.  Other talent will soon be announced to fill out the rest of the stations on-air lineup.
