In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, GAMMA BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Classic Country WSIG (REAL COUNTRY 96.9 WSIG)/MOUNT JACKSON, VA and AC WBOP/BUFFALO GAP-HARRISONBURG, VA to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS' TIDEWATER COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for an undisclosed price. KALIL & CO., INC. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
In filings with the FCC, Receiver ROGER RAFSON has applied to transfer WTRI HOLDING LLC Silent WTRI-A/BRUNSWICK, MD to 1520 RADIO ASIA LLC.
FAMILY STATIONS, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for K204CL/SMITH RIVER, CA due to interference with a full-power station.
RIVERVIEW BAPTIST CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS has applied for a Silent STA for K213DP/RICHLAND, WA " in order to finalize details related to use of the proposed tower site."
RADIO DISNEY GROUP LLC has closed on the sale of WWMK-A/CLEVELAND to ST. PETER THE ROCK MEDIA for $895,000 GREG GUY of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as broker for the buyer and BILL SCHUTZ of SCHUTZ AND CO. served as broker for the seller.
TOMAHAWK LIGHT BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the transfer of noncommercial Silent WGBT/TOMAHAWK, WI to RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE for no consideration.
And FINLEY WILLIS has closed on the sale of W266AN/LAWRENCEBURG, KY to CUMULUS LICENSING LLC for $50,000. The station will rebroadcast News-Talk WVLK-A/LEXINGTON, KY.
Low power FM construction permits have been granted to:

- PREAKNESS VALLEY UNITED REFORMED CHURCH, WAYNE, NJ
- GOSPEL LIGHT PRAYER CHURCH INC., KEARNEY, NJ
In CANADA, VISTA RADIO LTD. received CRTC approval to move its low-power commercial CJFB/BOLTON, ON from 105.5 FM to 102.7 FM and increase from 50 watts nondirectional to 4,000 watts directional maximum ERP while dropping from 15.7 meters to -22 meters above average terrain. At the same time, the licensee is turning in the license for CFGM/CALEDON, presently on 102.7, and consolidating programming for the two stations on CJFB.
The CRTC also approved PEACH CITY COMMUNITY RADIO SOCIETY's application for a new low power English-language station on 92.9 FM at PENTICTON, BC, with 49.9 watts at -51.6 meters above average terrain.
