The COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM will launch "TRISHA YEARWOOD: THE SONG REMEMBERS WHEN" exhibit on FRIDAY, JULY 3rd and have it run through DECEMBER 2015. The exhibit will chronicle YEARWOOD’s life, career, and critically acclaimed musical achievements. The story begins in her tiny hometown, MONTICELLO, GA, and is followed by a move to NASHVILLE, where YEARWOOD became a music business major at BELMONT UNIVERSITY. In MUSIC CITY, the future three-time GRAMMY award-winning artist began her career in music, spending time first as a tour guide at the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM and a receptionist at a record company. Now, millions of albums and countless accolades later, YEARWOOD is among the best-selling female artists in Country music history.
“With a powerful voice and inspiring music, TRISHA is an extremely talented, award-winning singer and long-time friend of the MUSEUM, dating back to her days as a tour guide here at the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM." said MUSEUM CEO KYLE YOUNG. "We’re proud to host her exhibit.”
