Eurovision 2015 To Be Livestreamed Globally

The famed EUROVISION SONG CONTEST, the pop music competition version of soccer's WORLD CUP crossed with AMERICAN IDOL, will be streamed live on EUROVISION's official YOUTUBE channel.

The first-time ever global livestream marks the contest's 60th anniversary since its start in 1956, with recent audiences estimated in the 100-600 million range. The competiton has been the springboard for the careers of both CELINE DION and ABBA.

Last year, an AUSTRIAN bearded drag queen named CONCHITA WURST, finished first, dedicating the victory to "everyone who believes in a future of peace and freedom."

This year's EUROVISION SEMIFINAL will be held in VIENNA, beginning tomorrow at 4p (ET), with the conclusion on SATURDAY, MAY 23rd at the same time.
