David Foster Joins Emily West On Stage At The Hotel Cafe

On WEDNESDAY (5/20), PORTRAIT/SONY MASTERWORKS and RIGHT WAY MUSIC GROUP welcomed the radio and music industry out to THE HOTEL CAFE in HOLLYWOOD for a performance by AMERICA's GOT TALENT finalist EMILY WEST who showcased a set of songs from her new album "All For You", scheduled for release on TUESDAY (AUGUST 18th).
EMILY WEST began the show singing solo acapella on a song called "I Want A Man". She was then joined by her piano player who accompanied her for a sultry nostalgic set of music which included the songs "Fallin", "Monsters", "That's How The Boy Gets The Girl In The Movies", and "Puppy Dog".
WEST then welcomed GRAMMY AWARD winning Producer/Composer and VERVE MUSIC GROUP Chairman DAVID FOSTER to the stage to sit in on piano for "Send In The Clowns", and a spot-on version of WHITNEY HOUSTON's hit song "I Will Always Love You". EMILY mentioned that this was actually the first time she and DAVID had met.
She then finished up the set with her own version of SIA's hit song "Chandelier", "If I Only Had A Brain" from THE WIZARD OF OZ", "Sea Of Love" and she ended with her new single "Bitter" noting that the video for the song was scheduled to be released the following day on THURSDAY (5/21).
In addition to DAVID FOSTER, some of the other VIPs in attendance included DEES ENTERTAINMENT's JOE KIELEY, KEATING MEDIA SERVICES' CASEY KEATING, JEFF NEBEN of AXIS MANAGEMENT, legendary Art Director KOSH and his partner SUSAN SHEARER, CARPORT ENTERTAINMENT's BILL HONS, REEL SOUND's MICHAEL BECKER, PLB ENTERTAINMENT's PATRICIA BOCK, BEN BROOKS of RADIO INFORMER, SCOTT EMERSON of EMERDOOD PROMOTION, and ALL ACCESS' ED BROWN and MARK STRICKLAND.
