NBC SPORTS RADIO overnight host JASON PAGE will throw out the first pitch at the JUNE 23rd BRIDGEPORT BLUEFISH-CAMDEN RIVERSHARKS independent minor league baseball game at BRIDGEPORT's THE BALLPARK AT HARBOR YARD as part of the BLUEFISH's “LGBTQ Night.”
“It’s an honor for me to take part in this special night for the BRIDGEPORT BLUEFISH and the ATLANTIC LEAGUE,” said PAGE. “It’s amazing to see how far the LGBTQ community has come over the last several years in garnering the support of the professional sports world. Just four years ago, someone told me I was making a huge mistake by disclosing my sexual orientation publicly. Those people couldn’t have been more wrong. And I’m proud to represent NBC SPORTS RADIO for this amazing occasion. I’m getting my right arm loosened up to throw a heater at HARBOR YARD in BRIDGEPORT on the 23rd."
PAGE, host of "UP LATE WITH JASON PAGE" for NBC SPORTS RADIO as well as a host on SIRIUSXM and a contributor for MSNBC, called ATLANTIC LEAGUE games for the now-defunct NEWARK BEARS.
