PAMAL BROADCASTING Triple A WXPK (107.1 THE PEAK)/WHITE PLAINS, NY and sister Classic Hits station100.7 WHUD will provide promotional support for the ANNUAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS EXPO presented by CRYSTAL RUN HEALTHCARE.

The event will feature fitness and nutrition tips, free health screenings, a demonstrations and speaker series from the area’s leading experts on all aspects of health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle improvements.  The event is family friendly with the kids corner featuring kid’s cooking demos, active games and healthy eating tips.

There will also be a special appearance by JIM BRICKMAN!

It takes place at THE CROWN PLAZA IN SUFFERN, NY on SUNDAY, JUNE 28th, from NOON-5p.
