WDZH (98.7 AMP Radio)/Detroit 'Switch Party' With MKTO Sees Fists Flying

A photo-op became a "photo-oops" during an appearance by COLUMBIA RECORDS' MKTO, who were in DETROIT performing at a "Switch Party" this week for CBS Top 40 WDZH (98.7 AMP RADIO)/DETROIT.
The event featured a trampoline area for some laughs and night host JULIA invited the guys to join in some fun, which they obliged. While attempting to get the three of them bouncing together for a picture, member TONY OLLER lost his balance and fell in the direction of JULIA, whose swinging arms resulted in her smacking OLLER right in the mouth. Ouch.
It didn't end there. The punch bloodied OLLER's lip and sent him to the mat, where along the way he twisted his ankle, as bandmate MALCOLM KELLEY and JULIA tried hard to keep from completely losing it.
Things worked out in the end. Taking a cue from DAVE GROHL (who broke his leg on stage, and returned two hours later to play the rest of the two-and-a-half-hour show), OLLER was a pro as he and KELLEY hit the stage for a performance which included their current single "Bad Girls."
PD TIM RAINEY later joked that the band could consider going by the name MKTKO.
