Indy Radio Vet Gary Hoffmann Passes

Longtime INDIANAPOLIS radio fixture GARY HOFFMANN passed away last SUNDAY (6/14), INDYSTAR.COM reports. While going to the College of Broadcasting at INDIANA UNIV, HOFFMAN started his career at WIFE. eventually becoming one of WIFE's Good Guys. His career includes stops at JACKSONVILLE FL, GRAND RAPIDS and K104/DALLAS before moving back to INDIANAPOLIS to become PD at WZPL, WNAP and WFBQ. In the '90s, he joined the  BILL SHIRK empire handling KISS 106.7.

Calling will be 3p on FRIDAY at CARING PLACE CHURCH, 30th & Post, followed by a celebration service and dinner for all.
