Music business veteran and NYU STEINHARDT MUSIC BUSINESS Professor LARRY MILLER has launched the fourth episode of his MUSONOMICS series, "APPLE, Music And The Launch of APPLE MUSIC," as a free download on iTUNES.
With APPLE MUSIC and BEATS 1 launching tomorrow, MUSONOMICS takes a "deep dive" into what the new service will mean for the industry. MILLER will go over APPLE's prosperous relationship with music from the first iPod ad through to last month’s WWDC keynote and launch announcement.
Guests include RIAA's JOSH FRIEDLANDER, who talks about the emergence of the streaming industry, and artist manager EMILY WHITE, offering a view into APPLE’s relationship with artists.
