Former ENTERCOM Sports KGMZ (95.7 THE GAME)/SAN FRANCISCO PD JASON BARRETT tells ALL ACCESS that he is now a free agent and interested in new opportunities.
BARRETT, who left THE GAME to move back to the EAST COAST from the BAY AREA to be closer to his son and family, posted on FACEBOOK, "I can't confirm or deny that the N.Y. KNICKS have inquired about my ability to play basketball. However I can confirm that for the first time in seven years I am officially a radio free agent! I had a great four years in SAN FRANCISCO at 95.7 THE GAME working with some incredible people and we enjoyed a lot of success together but I'm very excited about this next chapter. My focus right now is on moving into a new home in NY, spending time with my son & family and examining a number of options. That said, I'm in no rush. It's more important to find the right fit than the fastest fit. When the time is right I'll have more to say but for now I'll be working on my jump shot. Word has it the KNICKS might need it!"
BARRETT's experience includes stints at Sports WXOS (101ESPN) and KFNS-A (590 THE FAN)/ST. LOUIS, Sports WPEN-A (SPORTS TALK 950)/PHILADELPHIA, and ESPN RADIO. Reach JASON at JBarrett@sportsradiopd.com or www.sportsradiopd.com.
