New TOWNSQUARE MEDIA/BILLINGS, MT OM MICHAEL "SANDMAN" SANDERS has signed on-air personality "HOT ROD" THOMPSON. Said SANDERS: “One of my goals when first getting here to BILLINGS was to get our afternoons 'live and on the streets' again, and find the best talent out there to replace our voice tracked shows with 'real-deal, organic radio' shows in afternoon drive."

To that end, SANDERS has brought in "HOT ROD THOMPSON" for Country KCTR (CAT COUNTRY). THOMPSON's resume includes stints at KIZN/BOISE, WGKX/MEMPHIS, and most recently KTHK/IDAHO FALLS. “'HOT ROD' is one of the great ones, a bonfire of an entertainer, and I am excited for listeners to meet him," added SANDERS. "He's set to drop the hammer here in BILLINGS on-air SATURDAY, AUGUST 1st."
